First of all I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick
question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing.
I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?

Hi thanks for the kind words, I usually pick a topic and then just let it flow but I never force it, if I can seam to write anything I step away for a cuppa or do something else for a bit and come back too it , hope that helps some
